What is a Board Certified Patient Advocate?

A Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) is a professional who meets the national ethical and legal standards (via the PACB exam) to perform the functions of a Patient Advocate. We are HIPAA compliant, and are members of the Alliance of Professional Health Advocates.
